Refund and Returns Policy

At MEDIGEST, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item plus any applicable taxes, and credited back to your original form of payment. While we process refunds within 24 hours of approval, please note that it may take several business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer’s processing times.

To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must be in their original condition. Shrink-wrapped or sealed products must remain unopened.
